The State Department, EEOC, Educational Testing Service, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. House of Representatives, among others, have sought her advice. As one of the first female partners for the well-regarded Rohrer, Hibler, and Replogle, Soder enhanced her interviewing and clinical skills.
